The conference «Cutaneous Melanoma: from where to where?» will bring together some of the most prestigious researchers in the field: Georgina Long, Catarina Barata, Charles Swanton, María S. Soengas, Susana Puig and Ronit Satchi-Fainaro.
The Scientific Committee reunites important names from Science in Portugal, recognized in the country and abroad: Helena Florindo, Helena Pópulo, Inês Pires da Silva, Maria José Passos, Pedro Ferreira, Rui Oliveira Soares and Teresa Amaral.
At this meeting, with live broadcast from Lisbon to the world, the most promising results of cutaneous melanoma investigation will be presented. Several subjects of tumour complexity will be on stage: diagnosis, the contribution of Artificial Intelligence, new biomarkers, treatment, immunotherapy and new therapeutic approaches.
The conference will also include clinical cases discussion, in a panel with the participation of Cecília Moura, Joaninha Costa Rosa and Vítor Farricha.
All the panels will include oral communications, selected from registered participants’ applications.

A Comissão Científica é composta por importantes nomes da Ciência em Portugal, reconhecidos no país e além-fronteiras: Helena Florindo, Helena Pópulo, Inês Pires da Silva, Maria José Passos, Pedro Ferreira, Rui Oliveira Soares e Teresa Amaral.
Neste encontro, que terá transmissão de Lisboa para o Mundo, serão apresentados os resultados mais promissores da investigação em melanoma cutâneo. Em destaque estarão diversas temáticas da complexidade tumoral: diagnóstico, papel da Inteligência Artificial, novos biomarcadores, tratamento, imunoterapia e novas abordagens terapêuticas.
A conferência incluirá também a discussão de casos clínicos, num painel que contará com a participação de Cecília Moura, Joaninha Costa Rosa e Vítor Farricha.
Em todos os painéis haverá comunicações orais, selecionadas a partir de candidaturas dos participantes inscritos.
